Shunpei Konda

Prior to joining Aspirant Group, Mr. Konda started his career at Mizuho Bank, where he was engaged in corporate sales, after which he worked in IPO-related services at Mizuho Securities. After 2018, he worked at two business companies, where he engaged in various functions, including corporate planning, investor relations, finance, etc.

While he was the Head of Corporate Planning at a major retailer, he supported the company’s IPO on the TSE Growth Market, while in charge of corporate planning and IR.

Thereafter, he became the CFO as a technical staffing agency, where he was responsible for finance, capital management, disclosures, IR, etc. and supported the company to list on the TSE Growth Market.

Mr. Konda holds a B.A. in International Economics from Aoyama Gakuin University.
