Shinji Kawamori

Mr. Kawamori graduated from Kumamoto University in 1986 with a degree in engineering and joined one of the major Japanese investment banks.

At that time, Japan was heading into a bubble economy, and new graduates, including Mr. Kawamori, were considered the “new generation.” He was engaged in both private and corporate banking, offering services for asset management, financing, inheritance etc., responding to various customer needs.

Thereafter, he spent 35 years at a company in the electrical and electronic field, where he experienced various functions, including sales, manufacturing, quality control, and admin, after which he spent 25 years as management.

Through these experiences, he has learned that “people are the heart of the business” and continues to place importance on communicating with respect.
