Hiroyuki Kobayashi

Prior to joining Aspirant Group, Mr. Kobayashi worked at an investment firm, where he focused on deal execution. Previously, he spent nearly ten years specializing in senior and mezzanine LBO financing at The Tokyo Star Bank and Nomura Mezzanine Partners. Before that, He started his career at Mizuho Financial Group, where he engaged in corporate banking.
Mr. Kobayashi holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Yokohama National University.
