Peiyi Wang (Julie)

Prior to joining Aspirant Group, Ms. Wang worked at J.P. Morgan Securities, where she advised listed companies on capital structure, capital allocation, and strategic transactions. Prior to that, she began her career at Deloitte Hong Kong, spending approximately six years across restructuring, M&A advisory, and liquidation and receivership engagements for both listed and private companies. Her work has spanned cross-border acquisitions, asset disposals, and the resumption of trading and debt restructuring of listed companies, giving her hands-on experience in valuation, cash flow analysis, business plan review, and stakeholder coordination. Ms. Wang holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA) and a CFA charterholder.
