Kazuo Hirano

Prior to joining Aspirant Group, Mr. Hirano started his career at MUFG Bank in 2015, where he was engaged in corporate sales for large and mid-sized companies as well as minority investments in the bank’s principal investment division. From 2024, he was engaged in buyout investments at Norinchukin Capital, where he worked on sourcing, execution, as well as post-investment operational support. Mr. Hirano holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from Waseda University.
